Mentally ill are the worst sufferers and most neglected among the ailing folks. Besides, they are very much vulnerable from the viewpoint of Human Rights Violation. That is why SEVAC (Sane and Enthusiast Volunteers' Association of Calcutta), an NGO has been working in India for the cause of these suffering souls since its inception in the year 1988.
